These affiliates are run by someone called 'Duncan'. They operate and ADR service. My complaint related to an operator using the guise of 'Safer gambling' to prevent me from closing an open gambling contract I had with them and completing progressive games. Duncan became obsessed and vindictive referring to me using 'abusive' language to the operator (subjective and unrelated). He also didn't understand my complaint and referred to 'jackpot' games. He ignored all law relating to open gambling contracts (i shared this) and ignored the roles and responsibility of running a ADR service. Awful, petty man who at the end of the day makes money from your losses, hence all his affiliates links.
