CareYaya refused to engage with me by phone, so we started an email chain. They required me to write out a detailed list of the services I wanted, so I did. It took me some time. They did not reply to the email they required me to write. In fact, over a period of two months, I wrote them a few times and tried to use the chat feature on their website. They flat-out ghosted me. If you can't trust them to engage in simple dialog about your needs, why would you trust them with your loved one?

The CareYaya team is full of the must beautiful, kind, caring souls I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Working as a student caretaker for almost six months now, I have found the most growth-propelling experiences of my life in this company! So much love for all of the people involved in this mission.
