The customer service at Capri Studios is AMAZING!
The customer service at Capri Studios is amazing! I placed a few orders throughout the holiday, not with a ton of lead time, and ran into shipping issues. The customer service team were so responsive in helping me confirm all the shipping and tracking details. Also, when I received an item and there was some damage due to the packaging, the customer service team stepped in again to help me get a replacement print. Everyone loved the prints and I just ordered 2 more!

Thank you so much Brenda! We’re thrilled our team could help with the shipping and replacements. Knowing that everyone loved the prints—and that you’ve already ordered two more—truly makes our day. Thanks for being part of the Capri Studios family! ✨
