Have had problems with Candida for 40…
Have had problems with Candida for 40 years.. Every year after the holidays, I like to do a candida cleanse.. in the beginning I would gather all the ingredients recommended in the "Candida Connection" book and eliminate harmful foods from my diet.. ( Im a committed backslider, a sucker for dark chocolate covered dried cherries! ..and cookies..pastries..etc) Dr Bakker's products have made it so much easier to accomplish, and stick to, a month long cleanse.. and his talks on the various aspects of Candida are very informative and inspiring! THANKS for what you did to help us all with this condition! ☀️
