Customer service is terrible!

Have yet to get an email confirmation They definitely debited my credit card but I have no tracking of the package or if it ever is going to come or what. 100% disappointed.

No I made the order from my son three weeks ago they didn’t give me an ETA and still haven’t given me an ETA not good when you need a gift for that needs to be delivered by a certain time!!!!

When ordering would not let me use discount code from promotional mailer or scan QR code. So I dropped one item below offer and had to buy full price just one item. No free shipping!

You have been the slowest to get the merchandise to me. I ordered from you last year with this same result. I have still not received my order!
