I have had excellent service in the past with Weiser repairs BUT upgraded to "Halo" digital model which has failed after about 4 months Help line pushed me to do Factory reset BUT the lock does not respond correctly and needs to be replaced in total No warranty because bought sealed box at a discounter after removed from Costco stock Full replacement is expensive Why not a control board replacement?
