When I received my bags they had this horrid smell so I contacted customer service to start a return. All was well at the beginning but you have to pay for sending it back yourself, even though the policy says they will send you a return label within 24 hours. Even after sending a screenshot of the policy they still said they didn't do it. Not a good experience.

Hi Sarah, We’re so sorry about this experience. We’ve reached out to you directly and will be providing a full refund to get this resolved for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Chloe at ByNyla 💜
