Boxes are great!!! Prices could be better.

I found the web site difficult and confusing to negotiate. I needed to start over 4-5 times. As a result, I wound up ordering and confirming a box size I did not want. It is true that you sent me an email to confirm the order. After having spend well over an hour trying to place my logo in the right place, and having to start over so many times, I thought I was certain that it was right. So I did not examine the confirmation carefully. This was my mistake. Except that the boxes are the wrong size, they are good quality. And even though the first order did not work out, I did try again. I am hopeful that the second order will be what I need.

Print quality was great but the smell was quite strong

There we some issues with my account they had to contact IT to get it fixed and then there were issues with my payment - they had to contact IT again to get the matter fixed. Connor in customer service was great getting these issues addressed and then put a rush on the printing because of the delays I encountered. We are very happy with the boxes and quality of printing. Thank you.

Top notch customer service. The quality of the mailer box material itself is very good, sturdy. Had questions about my specific project needs & they were very helpful to point me toward a solution.

I thought it was really easy to load images and all images, even the small print came out really clear. The only issue I had was trying to center everything. If they had an auto center button that would take out some of the guess work. Also I thought pricing was reasonable.

My boxes came out great but the bottom of the box where you put the tabs in was not cut properly on some of them. I had to cut most of them with a scissor , very annoying

Nice quality, sturdy boxes. I thought the fold lines could have been scored a bit deeper to have a crisper fold. Overall, very satisfied.
