Was simple and easy but I think they could pay a little bit more for the phones.

This was a good transaction the only minor issue and why 4 stars because upon recieving item, it took 1 week 2 days just to test and verify, then release payment. This day and age of computers I think should've not taken so long. Everything else was smooth though. Reps kept me informed through out was kind informative fast easy replies. Would do business with again. You should to. There offers are the best out their.

No problems with mailing my product in and getting exactly what they said it was worth.

After I sent them my phone using their packaging they sent me, I got an email saying they received it, and then later another one saying they were going to inspect it. That was the last email I received from them and it has been almost a month. I tried to contact them through their customer support email address, but never heard back from them. I don't expect to hear from them, and I feel pretty foolish sending them my phone, which was in excellent condition. If they do get back in touch with me, and even manage to pay me, I will amend my review. For now, though, in my mind this is theft, but what can I do? I have learned my lesson and will never deal with this fraud of a company again. After requesting an order status update on their website, they contacted me by email saying the delay in completing my order was due to a high volume of received devices. Fair enough. After a few weeks, they sent me payment for my phone. I appreciate them finally contacting me and completing my order, I just wish they would have kept me updated during that month when I didn't hear from them. The bottom line is my transaction with them was completed; I sent them my phone and they paid me for it. Would I do business with them again? After this experience, probably.
