I ordered a package paying 15€ for delivery and it should have been delivered the next day, but one week later I still don’t have my package and it hasn’t been sent. The customer service doesn’t answer to emails and the number is disconnected. Such bad service for a company that is selling luxury goods.

What a lovely experience. I'm really enjoying my order that arrived earlier today in the UK and everything was seamless. Gorgeous products and customer service. Thank you.
