Generally a good experience. Fast shipping. The last two Cases of NEW that I received had a lot of broken mugs, plates in it. A little more care in packaging of the Breakable items especially the new items would be appreciated.I lost a total of 18 pieces in the last two cases I received.

Great company to work with

MSRP is way to high almost all items after reviewing original price is about 50% of what they list it as. So unless you can get items at about 10% - 15% of there MSRP its not worth buying.

1st time buyer here. Had a pretty good experience. Only one item that was wrong on the manifest but otherwise happy with the lot. Highly recommend! Wish they didn't use AIT for delivery.

The Like new and new need to be carefully classified. always I received like-new items in Brand new boxes. Otherwise, everything is very good.
