Hi Rani! We are sorry to hear you furry friend was not a fan of all the toys. Keep in mind you can customize your box to suit your doggo's pet preferences. You can do so by logging into you account at bullymake.com.
I would appreciate being able to provide feedback on certain items. For example, my pup can't have anything that contains chicken, duck, turkey etc and I cannot do that. I received a pack of treats with duck and he couldn't eat them. I feel that is a waste for me. Maybe somewhere to enter allergies would be nice. Otherwise my pup loved all the other items, very well made and durable.

Our dogs loved everything! It the toughest (no pun intended) part is the tots for us. We have an old dog and a young one. The old dog likes the rubbery kind for his teeth, but the young one rips through them so easily if there is any spot of give.

Hi Merisha! We're so happy to hear that your dogs loved everything in their box! It sounds like you have two pups with very different play styles! We know it can be a challenge to find toys that work well for both a senior dog who prefers softer textures and a younger pup who loves to put toys to the test. We do offer the ability to customize your box. You can do so by logging into your account at bullymake.com. If you don't see an option that works well for your furry friends, our support team will be happy to help.
It is great. I don’t think they like the all plastic toys.

Hi Arlene! We are thrilled to know your pups loved their treats and toys! We appreciate your being a part of the Bullymake Pack!
The sign up wasn’t bad but then I got an email saying I needed to pick which toys I wanted in this box. I knew it was the “under the sea” box and that was one reason I signed up, for that theme, but it wasn’t showing me those toys. I was really confused so I reached out to customer service and they were helpful in letting me know it was just a generic toy and I was choosing the type of toy and that what I chose would match the theme. Great! That all worked out. Box came and my pup really loves her toys. The main thing that I wish were an option is that I could skip boxes. I liked the under the sea theme but don’t care much for the game night theme this month. I wish I could just skip and wait to see what next month is. I’ll complete my 3 month commitment but won’t be continuing until that is an option.
