We have worked with Terry Lawson of Brightpath on two different occasions. He is very organized, nice and couldn't find an easier person to work with. The 2 closings with Brightpath were by far the easiest we have every been through. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new mortgage or to refinance an existing. Lori Everett

I shopped around a bit and was very happy with the money that BrightPath was able to save me in closing costs! (without sacrificing anything). Jim Dean helped me and was great to work with. He was thorough, explained everything and keep me posted every step of the way. There were NO surprises at closing. It was a smooth and easy process.
