Refinancing a mortgage is about as pleasant as dental surgery. That said, I must correct myself and add that this is usually the case, but Brightpath proved to be the exception. They made the process painless and provided knowledgeable support at every stage. It was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend their services to my friends and family. They are outstanding.

These guys get it done quickly and very professionally. We did everything from our home. They contacted me when rates fell enough to make it worthwhile refinancing not long after the original mortgage. This was a good move for us and cost us nothing out of pocket.

My experience with Brightpath was great! Very helpful, proactive, and informative. Everything was efficiently taken care of and carefully explained throughout the entire process of getting my mortgage. I never had to worry for a minute that the ball was being dropped or something was being forgotten. I would highly recommend Brightpath; they took what could have been a stressful experience and made it into an easy and enjoyable one!

Re-financed twice with Terry Lawson @ Brightpath. Great deal and excellent service. I've re-fied elsewhere in the past and the process was never this seamless.

From the moment we first contacted Brightpath and spoke with Rock Bailey we felt like we were important customers. Rock and the staff in his office were quick to get the ball rolling. From the moment we began the loan process until we closed on our house was exactly 40 days. The turn around was incredible and we never felt like our loan was put on a back burner. I would HIGHLY recommend Rock and Brightpath to anyone looking to have a stress free mortgage acquisition process.
