A genuinely professional team — even when things didn't go to plan on our side
We engaged Brighter Click earlier this year for UGC creator sourcing for our paid media campaigns. From the first proposal call, Colby and his team were organized, transparent, and fast. They sourced creators matched precisely to our target demographic within days, accommodated detailed exclusivity and non-compete requirements without any pushback, and vetted every creator for competitor conflicts before presenting them. What stood out most was the account team. Molly and Jiemar communicated consistently, followed up proactively, and stayed professional and patient even when delays on our end held things up. That kind of conduct when a client is the bottleneck tells you a lot about how an agency is run. Due to major changes in our own business, we ultimately weren't able to move the engagement into production — that was entirely on our side, not theirs. Even so, everything Brighter Click controlled, they executed well. If you're looking for a UGC sourcing partner that communicates clearly and does what they say they'll do, they're worth talking to.
