Brett's content is wonderful. Her customer service is not.
Brett's content is wonderful - genuinely my favorite yoga anywhere. But here's the warning I wish I'd had: Uplifted bills through more than one platform - the app AND a separate website. Cancelling one does not cancel the other. I cancelled through the app months ago, assumed I was covered, and kept getting billed through a site I never knowingly signed up for. When I flagged it: a polite "sorry, it's our policy" and no refund. Brett is awesome. Her customer service is not.
