Do not buy one of there so called amazing warmoll heaters they are a complete waste of money and total rip off at over £50.00. Does not heat up as advertised took ages to arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Just ordered from these and they took more money out of my bank account than what it stated at checkout and I can not get any answers as to why they took the extra money !!! Steer clear it’s obviously a scam and I will be shocked if the items I ordered ever turn up. Lesson learnt.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Useless and disappointing company. I ordered my dad a christmas present on the 6th of December. It’s christmas eve today and i still haven’t got it and they are refusing to send me any details of where it’s coming from and when it’s arriving. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered 2 body shaping underwear from these awful people. Took ages to arrive and when they did the product was useless and did nothing. I asked for a refund but they said they sent the correct size so won’t refund or accept return/exchange. They offered me £4 compensation for £28 purchase. Stay clear of these crooks!!!!

Ordered the elf on the shelf kit only to find that half of it was not as described on the internet. Contacted customer service, who told me the correct product was sent out so they cannot offer me a refund. (After writing numerous emails they tried to me a £3) The product was £30.
