BoxNutraReviews of boxnutra.com

You shipped pretty quickly. I don't see a serving size on your products, in this case I use 1/4 tsp of the Apple pectin. Let me know if that's not a good serving size. I love your Apple Pectin.

For the first time I got my order in said process time. I am happy this time and hope this kind of service I can get forever, and maintain good customer care. All the best, team BOXNUTRA !!!

This shipment came much quicker than previous ones.

Great product without the fluff.

Great customer service and communication

good quality. good shipping time. great price!

Love but wish they would weigh product without the outside bag.

BoxNutra shipped the wrong item and needless to say it has taken weeks to rectify teh situation and I did provide a negative review- today I spoke with Geri in customer service who was apologetic, reasonable and professional, she sent me a shipping label online to return the wrong (and more costly item) and shipped what we ordered. It's fair to give positive feedback when warranted and this representative was excellent- the others I dealt with could certainly learn from her professionalism- not sure if I will try to order again but this was rectified, and she warrants credit
