I hastily ordered a tie for an upcoming wedding as I am apart of the wedding party. Soon after I placed the order I realized that I already owned a very similar tie. I emailed customer support to ask if cancelling my order was possible, and they were fantastic. Quick email response/refund & return was received the next day from Bows-N-Ties .com. A+++ Customer Service
