the booking system is complete none sense, you can't book 2 slots in a row or something? you have to wait for them to email you to confirm? it should be so simple to book a ping pong table, it's not like im booking a wedding venue

Very rigid amendment and cancellation policy. I was unwell and could not attend the appointment. The Bounce Battersea venue was informed beforehand and there was no response. I also called them and left a message about the health. The next day I got a response that there will be no refund. They don't even have an online change/ cancel portal hence it makes it email and phone dependent and less in customer's control.

Am I the first to review Bounce? Great establishment, highly recomended to go for some ping pong and food/drinks! Bit pricey but fun night guranteed. P.S. Slightly turn the music down though!
