I called to report a problem but it was ignored for about a week

The O2 boost I needed to keep me breathing freely. Just received another order for a 6 pack. Reordering again soon. Like they say, "Never leave home without it!"

Service was great- there was a concern about my shipping address so I received an email to confirm prior to sending. 4 stars is only because I was concerned about the very small amount of packaging in the box. I thought oxygen should be very well protected in transit!

Doesn't tell dosage amount when u administer. How long are u supposed to press the lever for. Cant tell when can is empty.

Hi Janet, thanks for the feedback! We like to say that 3-5 inhalations is a typical starting point, but "dosage" is pretty personal and it depends a lot on your activity. The can is empty when you no longer feel lOxygen escaping or when you no longer hear a hiss.
My only cmplaint is that I can't definitely tell when the canister is empty.

Hi Jane, thanks for reaching out! The can is empty when there is no more Oxygen coming out or there is no longer an audible hiss from the can.
Bought to give me a boost when having COPD problems. Helps a bit, but like they say, not medical oxygen which I'm not about to go through the hassle of having.

I do a high-intensity workout once a week and find a boost of oxygen reduces the severe muscle soreness that used to last a week -- to fairly negligible. That, to me, is worth it.
