Direct, Informative, Cordial. Alexander N answered the questions I had quickly and was very attentive. I appreciate the level of customer service this commercial entity uses to connect with clients.

This company was most helpful and communicated well in the publishing of both the English and French editions of my book. Helen, as the project manager was wonderful. I would highly recommend Book Publishing Plus and having Helen as your project manager.

Had a long chat with James Perez - very patient, honest and informative. I had so many questions and need time now to think, and I am glad I was not feeling pushed as in so many other cases, when I got in touch with a company. I will need a day or two to decide, but so far, this was my best experience. Thank you, James!

Very helpful. Nervous as this is my first time publishing. But very good, assuring, and informative. I hope the rest of the process is just as good.

I write this Five Star review about Emma Felix because she richly deserves it. 'Red Ivy Tea' was my first novel and I genuinely did not even know where to start. Emma was so patient when I asked her every question that could be asked about the printing process and then would ask her twice. She has the patience of a saint! I highly recommend her.
