Hello Starla, We apologize for the disappointing experience. Given the inconvenient, we proceeded with full refund with no need to return the handbag. Please keep it as you might find use in the future or even better, gift it! Maybe a friend will fall in love with it! We appreciate your patience and understanding while the original payment method is refunded, and do thank you for giving our handbag a try. Best Regards, AJ - BOHIQ
