Being an avid reader of Fox News, I saw your advertisement for buying investment homes. I was in the perfect situation for responding to the ad I saw. When my Father passed away, I bought my siblings, 4 of them, out of their share of the home that my parents had built in 1955. I could not afford to maintain the house on my income so I rented it out. My renter, I thought, was trustworthy and would treat my home with respect. Well, he didn't. He moved out unexpectedly leaving behind an awful mess. I did not have the means to pay the house note and make the necessary repairs. Omar was my contact and stayed with me throughout the entire process which was very comforting to me. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with and I greatly appreciate him. The closing took place March 1, all is settled, all is good and I can move on with my life. This was my first experience with this type of transaction and I am so very glad I contacted Blue Starlight. They were the only company I contacted. Sincerely, Paula Maggard
