That is clearly not the experience you expected, and we understand why you were upset. Issues like this can happen when there is a system conflict, virtualization is disabled, or a specific app is not behaving well in the current environment. Please check whether VT is enabled in BIOS if you decide to try BlueStacks again. If you do, contact our support team through the Help Center with your OS version, the app names that failed, and a short note on whether the crashes happened at launch or after opening the apps so we can look into it properly.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que l’expérience ait été aussi frustrante, surtout avec autant de latence et des clics qui ne répondaient pas. Quand un jeu devient presque injouable après une mise à jour, il peut s’agir d’un souci d’optimisation du jeu ou d’un réglage de l’environnement. Vous pouvez déjà vérifier que la virtualisation est activée, essayer un autre mode graphique dans les paramètres, puis réduire les applications en arrière plan pour voir si la latence s’améliore. Si le problème continue, contactez notre équipe via le Help Center avec le nom du jeu, votre version d’OS et le moment exact où les ralentissements apparaissent. At the same time, BlueStacks ads do not affect gameplay performance, and you also have the option to disable them from the settings if you prefer a cleaner experience. Obrigado pelo seu feedback. Sentimos muito pela frustração com travamentos, falhas nos controles e pelo impacto no desempenho do seu PC. Entendemos como isso incomoda ainda mais quando outros jogos pesados rodam normalmente no mesmo sistema. Se o BlueStacks trava ao ponto de afetar o PC inteiro, isso pode indicar um problema de configuração, virtualização desativada ou conflito no ambiente. Verifique se o VT está ativado na BIOS e tente novamente. Se continuar assim, fale com nossa equipe pelo Help Center com o nome do jogo, sua versão do OS e uma descrição curta do que acontece quando você usa os controles de arrastar para podermos analisar melhor.

Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Lamentamos de verdad lo frustrante que fue encontrar tantos problemas de rendimiento, estabilidad y controles incluso en un equipo capaz. Queremos aclarar un punto importante sobre la publicidad. Los anuncios de BlueStacks no afectan el rendimiento del juego, y también pueden desactivarse desde la configuración si prefieres una experiencia más limpia. Entendemos de todos modos que su presencia pueda resultar molesta si estabas buscando una interfaz más simple. Por favor contacta a nuestro equipo de soporte a través del Help Center con el nombre del juego, tu versión de OS y una breve nota sobre si la virtualización está habilitada en BIOS. Con esos datos podremos revisar mejor los cierres, pantallas negras, problemas de controles y la inestabilidad general.

If BlueStacks is freezing badly enough that you need to restart the whole computer, it can point to a system level conflict or virtualization issue rather than normal app behavior. Please check whether VT is enabled in your BIOS and then try again. If the problem continues, contact our support team through the Help Center with your OS version and a short note on whether the freezing happens at launch, during gameplay, or while the app is idle so we can help narrow it down.

Danke für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass BlueStacks für diesen Anwendungsfall zu langsam und zu überladen wirkte. Wenn sich BlueStacks träge anfühlt, hilft es oft, die zugewiesenen CPU Kerne und den RAM in den Performance Einstellungen anzupassen und zu prüfen, ob VT auf dem System aktiviert ist. Auch Werbung oder bestimmte eingeblendete Elemente lassen sich in den Einstellungen anpassen, damit die Nutzung ruhiger wirkt. Thanks for sharing this feedback. We are sorry this has been so frustrating, especially when you cannot sign in and BlueStacks is also affecting your system performance. For the Google login issue, please try clearing the cache and data for the Google Play Store and Google Play Services, then restart BlueStacks and try signing in again. For the resource usage, BlueStacks will only use the CPU cores and RAM allocated to it, so reducing those settings in Performance can help if the system feels overloaded. If this is still happening, please contact our support team through the Help Center with your OS version and a short note on what happens during sign in. That will help us guide you with the right fix.
