Expect to lose what you bought. Dirty extorsion.
This company sells minecraft experiences to kids. After purchase, when my kid needed a password recovery, they want to extort additional $15 for that, which is the price for pw recovery unless you link discord to them, and Discord age limit is ...18y ? So this is a easy moneygrab, extorting kids for recovery fee, knowing that kids are not allowed on discord. After this review by me, they permanently banned my son in retaliation, noting "do not ever unban, toxic"
