Sadly, I have to give only 2 stars. After purchasing pillow cases, scrunchies, hair bont, 2 sleep masks and laundry bags, I reached out about the laundry bags zippers not working and Blissy did absolutely nothing to help me.

I ordered a couple of pillow cases with a bonus of a mesh bag. My order arrived with a substituted bonus scented pillow product that leaked. My partner has a scent allergy. I was able to return my order with a refund, but a substitution of a gift should be checked with a customer before sending to avoid unnecessary grief and returns.

1 of my pillowcases tore at the zipper within 6 months

I really like this pillow case. I’ve been carful washing it. I air dry it as well . The last time I washed it and waited for it to air dry… the seam tore while putting it back on my pillow. I use it anyway. 🙄

Alright for a bit but they don't last. I have two and they have both ripped beyond repair at the zip end. For this price I expect them to last longer than 2 years.

I bought 8 blissy pillowcases in the past years. I do enjoy sleeping on them but the life span when using them daily is maybe 1-2years . The material falls apart . I even purchased blissy wash bags to protect them, still was the same . Cheap amazon silk pillowcases for around 30dollars are outlasting my Blissy pillowcases

To begin with, this pillowcase was an expensive gift. It does not have a cooling affect. It actually causes my head to sweat. There’s a tiny bloodstain that I can’t get out. Soaked it all night in cold water. Next day I laundered per instructions and the stain remained. Soaked it again in cold water to no avail. Of course I don’t have the receipt as it was a gift. I’d like compensation for this product which doesn’t live up to the ads. Sheri A Tell

I love the pillow case I received as a gift, however it's split along the zip. There's no extra fabric to restitch it as it looks like an invisible zip (when not torn).
