Great help from the tech person on what I need to operate my blinds from Alexa.

I was emailed that my order should arrive 7/15/26 and I still have not received it. The option on the email that allows you to track & trace is not working, it states, "sorry, your tracking attempt was not successful. Please check tracking number." I didn't even enter the tracking number because the system automatically populates it into the DHL website. Now waiting for Blindly customer service to reply to my email.

Had an amazing experience with Blindify today! The team is incredibly patient and helpful. They sent me real-life videos of the fabrics and gave me expert advice on which blinds would work best for my specific windows. Even though I’m still at the sampling stage, their professionalism and transparency made me feel so at ease.
