Can't believe there's only two reviews on here for BPAL! Anyway - I just had their customer service help me out with a really annoying issue (that wasn't anything to do with BPAL) and they really go absolutely above and beyond. I was so tbh touched by how nice they were that I wanted to come and leave this review. Also, their perfume oils are great and have been since 2005, so don't hesitate to try them.

My go-to for indie perfume oils. It’s one of the most popular indie perfume houses in the world, and I can see why. They are legendary for their oils. The scents are unique and well crafted. They have an enormous catalog. Each bottle is individually blended and filled, so delivery time can be long. I’m so pleased that they ship to Europe. I have over 20 of their perfume oils in my collection and plan on buying more. Customer service is excellent. I usually receive a response to my emails within a few hours.
