Do not trust! EDIT: They finally replied.
I paid for my card. Now I cannot sign into my account, and I'm sure the password is correct as I have it written down. Went on forgot password and entered my email and they won't send me a link to reset my password. Tried it 3 times, so now I'm stuck outside my account and nothing I can do. Contacted support and got and automated email saying someone would be in touch within 1 business day. It has been a week and no one contacted me. Waste of money, use another site. EDIT: They finally replied and sorted out my issue.
