Heard back from Biocide customer service and they will honor the warranty. Issue arose when product was purchased during the winter and couldn't be used till temp over 50 degrees. This issue not mentioned on their site when you purchase it. Warranty good for 30 days from purchase so if you live in cold weather don't purchase till weather is more favorable for the product to work.

It didn’t completely rid my car Of the cigarette smell but it did help some!

Satisfied with what it did. Did not completely eliminate cigarette smell but significantly reduced it. May need another application. Was surprised by small white dots which seemed to be sprayed out from the container on to surfaces. Cleaned up with water and a damp cloth.

My husband had a container of gas in the back of his SUV. When someone in front of him on the highway slammed on their brakes and he had no choice but to do the same, the container fell over and some of the gas spilled. The smell was AWFUL. Nothing I tried helped in the slightest. I finally searched the internet and found Biocide Systems. Followed the instructions on the package and like magic, the gas smell was gone the next day. My ONLY complaint is the left over chemical-ish smell it left behind. But it warns you about that and says it will go away and that it is non-toxic. We haven't had the appropriate weather that would allow for my husband to properly air out his truck. I think once we do that, the smell will probably go away. But that smell beats the smell of gas that's for sure!

We purchased a house where the previous owner smoked in one room. We chose to make that room our master bedroom and had ti get the smell out. We had the carpets cleaned, washed the walls, painted with Killz primer and still the smell would not come out. We gave this a try because we cannot afford to replace the carpet at this time. It got rid of about 80% of the smell that we had.

I was very please with how quickly I received my "auto" shocker order. I had a flood damage vehicle that smelled like mildew. I left the auto shocker stuff in my car over night and couldn't smell the mildew smell any longer, however, there was a stronger smell of maybe chlorine or something. I have left my windows down all day the next day and it's still a little strong. I will give it a few more days with my windows down. However, it seemed to take the mildew odor out. I WOULED recommend this for strong orders.
