Chris at customer service was great. The pool cue rack arrived damaged and he ordered a replacement part that was received within a week. I am happy with this product.

After being sent a defective cue, I called expecting to battle. To my unexpected surprise the process took minutes. Customer service had a new cue on the way before the end of the day. The defective cue came from the factory as such, not their fault at all... Thank you!
