Charge me cancellation fee, even if booking was made few days earlier, for the period of almost 5 months ahead. Terrible customer service and no good will at all. Cars on other sites are much cheaper even for longer period, than scooters on bikesbooking.com. I feel ripped off. Avoid this site if you can

Dear sir, Unfortunately, cancellation policy is the same for everyone. It is mentioned on the reservation page and in your booking confirmation that 15% online advance payment is non-refundable. We didn't charge full rental price from you. However, we will be happy to solve this problem and offer discount for your next rental in any of our 700 locations worldwide! Best Regards, Support Team

DO NOT USE. I should have checked reviews or ChatGPT before I engaged them. The took €361 from my account just for inquiring. Despite 13 emails. Weeks of assurance from Anton the money would be returned. They've now just ghosted me. If in Marseille contact Road2Luxe directly. They were great.

Dear Georg Höfer, Thank you for your feedback, but cancellation policy is mentioned on the booking page. We have absolutely standard cancellation policy - full rental price is not charged, only 15% if you cancel your booking. All our customers read and know this policy. You have asked us to cancel your booking - so you loose this 15%. You have accepted these terms by yourself. But you can change your rental dates or even location to avoid this cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and have a good day. Best regards, Support Team.
