Unprofessional delivery process
Rented a bike for almost 4 weeks in Chiang Mai with no issues, but the return process at the airport was extremely disappointing. Staff spent 45 minutes scrutinizing microscopic scratches on a bike that had clearly never been in any accident, even flagging sun-faded plastic as “damage.” I had photo/video proof it was pre-existing, but by the time they accepted this, I’d already missed my flight and had to pay for new tickets. Felt like a deliberate attempt to squeeze extra fees out of customers. Would not recommend based on this experience.
