The Bear arrived after Christmas but that was my fault, I ordered too late to make it on time. BUT the bear shipped out super fast and my niece loves it! It's huge, quality is perfect and would definitely order from bigplush again!

I purchase this gift as a request of my 17 year old son for his girlfriend for a chirstmas gift iand it was better than we expected I really did not want to give it to her and wish I could have kept it for myself but I will purchase another one for myself real soon

I was so impressed by my experience with Big Plush. I ordered a 5 foot bear for my son's girlfriend. When I placed the order I was clearly informed that it would not arrive before Christmas. I was fine with that since it was "last minute". To my surprise, and my son's excitement, the bear arrived on Christmas Eve. I was totally impressed with that especially since the shipping was free! The bear is absolutely beautiful; very nice quality!

I was waiting for an important Christmas delivery that was delayed leaving the warehouse. Each of my 3 calls was answered promptly and by people who I felt patiently and kindly went above and beyond finding me up to date status information. We were SO pleased with this purchase. Ordered, shipped and received within 48 hours...couldn't believe how fast we got it. I was concerned that the shipping would be as much as the item we were purchasing, but much to my surprise the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
