I live in the the United States, Midwestern here. I purchased a clock and when it arrived - it looked great but didn't work. They were really good at responding to emails and didn't hesitate on replacing the clock. The new clock was shipped and it worked perfectly. I love stories that show obstacles, challenges that were overcome because life isn't perfect and mistakes happen. Do you stand by your product and provide good customer service? They certainly did. Wall clock is beautiful and solid, and feels of quality. Keeps perfect time. Shipping was a little slow across the pond, but they communicated updates well. Highly recommend and will be back myself.
