It has been a wonderful experience working with this publishing company. Their professionalism, dedication, attention to detail, and support throughout the process have been exceptional. They truly helped bring my vision to life, and I am grateful for their hard work and commitment to making my book a reality. I highly recommend their services!

My project manager Sarah is great. She is prompt, organized and also very caring. She asks about how I’m feeling, asks about my family and how my life is going. I came to them because they felt like a good fit for my stories to come to life. I hope one day to be able to speak to the Illistration team, and others at this publication space but Sarah holds it down just fine.

Best Selling House failed to provide the services I paid for and did not fulfill the contractual obligations they represented at the time of purchase. After payment, I received no deliverables, no substantive progress updates, and no evidence that any of the agreed‑upon work had begun. Instead, I was met with repeated stall tactics, shifting explanations, and non‑specific assurances that never resulted in actual service performance. Despite multiple documented attempts to obtain clarification, timelines, or proof of work, the company did not provide the services outlined in their own materials. Their conduct reflects misrepresentation of services, failure to perform, and a lack of good‑faith business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and urge others to exercise caution before entering into any paid agreement with them. UPDATED RESPONSE 7/10/26: You know exactly who I am as you contacted me via email asking me to remove this review despite your not providing the services paid for. I was a paying client and my review is accurate and based on my direct experience with your company. I do not provide full legal names or order numbers publicly. Trustpilot has the verification information they require. The concerns I described remain unresolved, regardless of your claim of having ‘no record'.

I liked working with them, mostly becuase they kept things simple. A few delays happened, but nothing too crazy. Wouldn't say amazing, but definitely okay.
