The strawberries were starting to ferment. Disappointed.

I usually get Shari's Berries for my wife and sister for special occasions and they absolutely love them. We received them today for Mothers Day and they were all but melted. The cooling pack was hot. The box was hot on the inside which isn't typical. The box was delivered around 11am and brought in around 2pm, so they didn't sit outside all day and it's only in the low 70's here. They were put in the fridge right away and were a bit soggy but still edible. Not sure what happened, but this was surprising.

However I canceled my order with you guys and waiting on my refund. I’ve had your product before, they are great.

I GOT MY ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER, HOWEVER THE BERRIES WERENT THAT PRETTY TO LOOK AT. NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY SHOW ON THE WEBSITE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED FOR WHAT I PAID. IT WAS A GIFT FOR MY MOM WHO LIVES 8 HOURS AWAY OR I WOULD HAVE PROBABLY DONE A BETTER JOB MAKING THEM MYSELF.

Berries were delivered warm. They should be cold. The taste quality was not good also.

I was supposed to get a $14 credit and there was no way I could possibly put it on my bill

I buy from you about 4 or 5 times a year you have a lovely product delivered on time but prices are a bit high but my children live far away from me so it gives them joy I am going to have to stop ordering from you because I get E-Mails with discount codes but I can never use them so why send out discount codes

I will be in a better position to review the experience once I receive the order
