Love this app!

I love that you can still open the app that you’re trying to stay away from, but that there is a time limit. So it lets you still use the app, but doesn’t let you doom scroll. Genius!

Helps me to think twice before choosing to get on my phone to scroll.

Just started using be present and I am loving it! It has helped me be intentional and think twice before jumping on my phone for no reason.

Really helping to block the apps that I wast too much time on. I am much more productive now!!

helps reduce my rotting time

Great at me on track to stay off my phone !!! I’ve been so much more productive

I downloaded BePresent to help me stop scrolling, Facebook, and Instagram unnecessarily. It has been a life changer! Highly recommend!
