Fijne app, erg gebruikersvriendelijk. Mijn schermtijd en gebruik van social media is enorm gedaald. Heel blij mee.

Well done app. Creative and effective.

Really works to motivate me to stay off the bad doomscrolling apps!

A bit expensive, but it works. If you follow your innitial plan, it works very good. Stick to it 👍

Helped me immediately break a cycle of pulling up social media every time I had even a tiny pause in my day!

It is helping with my YouTube addiction and helping me live life more.

Been off my phone more than ever

I knew I needed to take a break from Instagram. This has been a wonderful experience so far. Loving this app. I like that I can set a limit on how many times in a day I want to open it and I can use Instagram for a quick period of time to where I am not getting into the mindless time suck of scrolling.
