I have bought many items from Belleze. The quality is great and stylish! I love them all…. I had to call customer service and help with an issue and was given excellent customer service. They were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Not only is their product great but so is their customer service!!!! Highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my bar cabinet because it arrived damaged, but I was very impressed with the customer service. I contacted them and they responded immediately and sent me a replacement without any hassle. Things can sometimes get damaged during shipping, but what really matters is how the company handles the situation. In my case, they took care of it quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this company!

For over a month, I've been dealing with Joey, one of the customer service reps at Belleze, about various furniture pieces for a project. We had many questions and configuration options about the pieces we wanted to buy, which required extensive research, and Joey consistently helped us address them thoroughly to completion. The furniture we received is very nice. I would highly recommend Joey, Belleze, and their products.

This was my first purchase from Belleze and we’re amazed at the quality of this sideboard! It’s a true statement piece in our den and we’re so happy with this purchase. Initially, one of the packages got lost, but a Hector L. on the Belleze customer support team was able to dispatch a new one on the same day. Great customer service and highly recommend!

I was really excited about the piece I bought only thing is the doors while shut leave an open space in the center where you can still look inside. Not happy about that and was a real downer. It looks like they didn't have enough wood or the door were made shorter to not fully close. Update- cudtomer service replied, sent a video to fix the installation of the door and they close now! 5 stars!

Dear customer, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the doors on your item did not close as expected and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after being excited about your purchase. Please note that slight door alignment adjustments may sometimes be needed during assembly to ensure the doors close properly. We would be happy to help troubleshoot this issue and provide assistance. Please feel free to contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will do our best to help resolve this for you.
It requires 2 people to put together but the piece is sooo beautiful!! Lots of compliments. I'm pleased!
