The worst service I’ve ever received…
The worst service I’ve ever received from an Israeli company. They charged me very quickly, yet I still haven't received the service nearly a month after submitting my request. They did not resolve the issue. Ultimately, I asked to cancel the service and get a refund. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone!

Dear Imry, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced, as this is certainly not the seamless onboarding experience we strive to provide. To clarify what happened with your request: Initial Billing: Standard telecom practice involves processing plan registration upfront so the eSIM profile and network allocation can be generated immediately. Porting Regulations: Under telecom regulations, number porting cannot be completed until the user installs and activates the eSIM profile on their device to authenticate the transfer. Multiple automated email reminders and setup instructions were sent to guide this process, but the eSIM remained uninstalled on the device. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand firmly behind a 30-day refund policy. Because the profile was never installed and the line could not be activated, we promptly honored your request to cancel and issued a full refund right away. We appreciate your review, as it helps us improve the clarity of our onboarding steps. Should you have any questions regarding your refund confirmation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly again. Best regards, The Bekesher Team
