Slim Metal Kickstand Case for iPhone – Frameless Design & Multi-Angle Regular price $34.95
I bought a case for my iPhone 16, and to my surprise, I had to assemble it using a screwdriver. Once I attached the case to my phone, I discovered that it blocked wireless charging, which was a major inconvenience since I only charge my phone wirelessly. Nowhere in the product description did it mention that the case would interfere with wireless charging. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times to request a refund and to ask for return instructions for the unused product, but I have yet to receive any response. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and would caution others before purchasing from this company.
