I have ordered on-line before and will say this company's process was easy and straight forward and I was able to find a brand name pair that I wanted by Oakley. I am on Medicare, and they also automatically asked for my insurance and automatically gave me a final price after insurance. It was really cool the way their system worked. Will buy from them again, really great experience.

I had never ordered glasses online before and the entire process was extremely straightforward and simple. The staff was very helpful when I received the first pair and they incorrectly had a progressive lens. I had selected that option by mistake and they directed me to return them for free and they sent out a replacement pair immediately. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!

The company sent representatives to my place of employment. They came early and set up an entire area of the building with a wide variety of frames to choose from. They took walk-ins each day they were there. The staff was courteous and helpful. When my frames took an extra week to make, the company refunded half of my money for the inconvenience and kept me updated on the progress daily until the order shipped. I ended up getting a normally $500 pair of glasses for $80. I am very impressed with the high quality, and I would say that these are the thickest, most well-made lenses I have purchased.
