Beckman CoulterReviews of beckman.com

Ordered 15 boxes of a reagent. Was sent 3 different lot numbers. 2 of the lots were only 2 boxes of reagent. Lot to lot comparison and extra documentation will now need to be done because we were sent the end of 2 lots....to clear their shelves.

I've managed labs since 2007. We've purchased/leased Beckman Coulter equipment since 2019. We make automatic monthly payments for Cytoflex leased equipment and warranties. Despite never being in arrears, we constantly receive past due notices. If something needs correction, good luck. Maybe if you call their district manager, they will look into it. Their Billings Department is the worst entity I have ever had to deal with.
