They are responsive, kind, this is my second beachwaver I purchased. I can confidently say this is not like any other curler trend. It actually is a different experience curling your hair and delivers good results!

Honestly such an amazing experience! My curling iron broke and it was just a few months old. They replaced it with no hassle and it arrived literally the next day!!! Thank you so much :)

I ordered a bunch of new products to try. I opened the box and one was broken, I sent a quick email with a picture and within 5 minutes I had a response email from someone AND a tracking number for a replacement product. Wonderful customer service and great products

I LOVE everything beachwaver! Every product and styling tool I have purchased from them has been high quality and has quickly become my go to. Their customer service is exceptional! I sent an email to their customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Their customer service rep was incredibly helpful, friendly, and highly professional. I recommend their products/tools to all my friends and would encourage anyone to give them a try!

I contacted customer service and told them about a problem I had with the curling iron. They offered to give me a refund for the item and they also allowed me to keep my $20 gift certificate that I had previously received. They were very kind, thoughtful and courteous in their customer service. I think that they will use my suggestions that I had about the curling iron in their research and development to see if what I had experienced can be corrected. Overall it was a very easy process for the return. Sandra was a great customer service agent. Thanks to Beachwaver for making this an easy process.
