First, BB Wheels had what I wanted. Secondly, the customer representative was knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. Everything was explained to me. Price was good.

Can’t think of a single bad thing to say. Customer service was super helpful and quick when I had questions. But the one thing that stood out and blew my mind was the tires were at my door less than 24 hours after purchasing. Will definitely be back from now on!!

The support staff was there when I needed them and product appears to be great . Unhappy with fedex delivery ethic, had to pick tires up at local hub myself instead of receiving delivery to my home address. Maybe use a different carrier?

It took some time to find their listing for my tire and size, but after weeding through the prolific Google ads from giants of Ebay, Amazon, and Walmart, I found my prize. I liked BB Wheels story, their website, quick shipping, and most of all, their price!
