We bought a claw footed, jetted tub from BathsofDistinction in 2020. It's been a while, but I do remember that the transaction and delivery went very smoothly and everything worked perfectly once installed. My husband and I absolutely love our tub and use it regularly. It is now 2026 and it just occurred to us that we've never actually cleaned the jets, so we called Baths of Distinction to ask how to do it. A real, live person answered the phone on the first ring and they sent us care instructions. We followed the procedure and discovered that, despite 6 years of regular use without maintenance, the jets were clean! We are so pleased that there are still companies in the U.S. with such excellent service.

We were nervous about making a major purchase from a smaller company, but Baths of Distinction came through in every possible way. We had great communication with Ed during the ordering process so that the specs for our builder were correct. The tub arrived even earlier than promised in a sturdy crate, completely free of any damage. Installation was smooth and the tub works perfectly. We love it. This purchase was the easiest, smoothest and best one we made during our renovation project.
