Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

I really love Brightest bloom and now it is no longer in the store or on the website. There are a few more that I loved but can no longer get. I try not to get too attached to the scents I really love because they will discontinue them.

i've been a big fan of Twisted Peppermint body wash until this year. very disappointed. the fragrance is very weak. its not worth using.

First time purchasing from B&BW on line and won't do it again. It has taken so long just to ship it out. It should ship out in a day or 2 at most. If I didn't want the things for bday gifts I would cancel the whole thing. Ridiculous placed order on Jan 1st. I placed 3 orders elsewhere and received all of those items already.

I have at least 4 bottles of liquid gel hand soap from Bath and Body works. The pump will not pop up no matter what I do. Kind of makes product worthless as pouring out you just waste soap

Purchased items on their website. My credit card was accepted for the purchase but then it wasn’t accepted for the $10.00 refund.

Ordering online was a breeze, when I went to pick up my order the clerk in the store picked up the wrong order # because I have a common name and she looked at my name on the bag not the number. So I had to return to the store and exchange the candles I didnt buy for the ones I did buy, which was a hassle and not pleasant.

I love their sales. But they have a habit of putting to many items into the bags and they break open. Their bags are not well made. I also have an issue with emails telling us about a one day sale for soaps for 3.50. I didn't even get the email for this one day sale till after 3 PM day of sale. So of course I missed out on the soap sale. I was there picking up an order and hadn't received the email as of yet. Probably won't be shopping there as much as I normally do now. I was waiting for the soaps to go on sale.

While I like the products they are pricy if you don't get them on sale. I'm disappointed that the 3 wick candle doesn't burn down to the bottom. Yes I could use them in my warmer but I have too much to use.
