We ordered a basket from Toronto while in Florida and put it on a Canadian credit card. Billing was found to have charged us the exchange rate, plus a "foreign transaction fee". No help from the company, only saying it was not us, go to your credit card company. TOTAL RIP OFF. DOUBLE DIPPING THEIR CLIENTS. STAY AWAY!

Since I purchased items from Baskits before Christmas, they have been sending me frequent unwanted advertising emails despite my unsubscribing, reporting scam, and being assured by their customer service that the emails will stop. Do not purchase anything from them unless you want your inbox full of their messages

Useless, i'm in the Uk and wanted to send a gift to friends in Canada, no option to register with a UK billing address, 2022 you know, world wide!! I'll spend elsewhere.

A little bit expensive compared to the other gift basket websites, but it's all worth it. Awesome customer service. The order arrived as planned. I've ordered a baby gift basket, and my friends were so happy with the quality of items.
